In-transit orders: If your order status shows that it is in transit, your parcel is on the way. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to activate after dispatch, and international tracking may take longer depending on the destination and courier network.

Order cancellations: Once an order has started processing or is in transit, we are usually unable to cancel it. If you have changed your mind, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Confirmation and tracking: If you have not received your order confirmation or tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder first. If it is still not there, please email us and we will be happy to assist.
