Before reaching out, please consider the following:
In-transit orders: If your order status shows IN TRANSIT, it means your parcel is on the way. Tracking updates can take a few days, so please allow some time for the status to refresh.
Order cancellations: Once an order is in transit, we’re usually unable to cancel it. If you’ve changed your mind, you can request a return after delivery according to our Return and Refund Policy.
Order updates: For the latest updates, use your tracking ID or order number on our Track your order page.
Confirmation and tracking: If you haven’t received your order confirmation or tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s still not there, email us and we’ll help.
Changes to your order: If you need to update details (address, size, or cancellation request), please email us within 12 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to help before the order is processed or shipped.
