How can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has started processing or has been shipped.

How do I return an item?

To request a return, please email hello@outfitfirst.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

If your return is eligible, we will provide you with the next steps.

Please do not send any items back before receiving return approval from us.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and trusted digital payment methods available at checkout, including PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.

All payments are processed through a secure encrypted checkout.

Are there any shipping fees?

No. We offer free standard shipping to Australia and to all supported international countries listed in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

No minimum spend is required unless otherwise stated on our website or at checkout.

Can I exchange a product?

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour or product, please email us first at hello@outfitfirst.com.

We will confirm whether the requested item is available before approving the exchange.

For eligible returns, we may issue store credit so you can place a new order.
