Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, please email us at hello@outfitfirst.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If we provide a return shipping label, the label cost may be deducted from your refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions
We do not accept returns on gift cards. Sale items are final sale for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law for faulty items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and make a new purchase once your return is approved.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@outfitfirst.com.

This policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law (for customers in Australia).
