Important: We only ship to Australia and the international countries listed above. If your country is not available at checkout, we are unable to process your order at this time.
3. Order Processing Times
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Processing begins once payment has been confirmed and the order details have been reviewed.
During peak periods, sales events, public holidays or high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

5. Shipping Cost
Outfit First offers free standard shipping to Australia and to all supported international countries listed in this policy.
No minimum spend is required for free standard shipping, unless otherwise stated on our website or at checkout.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to activate after dispatch.
For international orders, tracking updates may take longer depending on the destination country, courier network and customs processing.
You can also track your order through the tracking page on our website.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
Please make sure your delivery details include:

- Complete street address.
- Unit, apartment or building number if applicable.
- Suburb, city, state and postcode.

Outfit First is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

9. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs or additional fees charged by their country.
These charges are not included in our product prices unless clearly stated at checkout.
Outfit First is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions or additional fees charged by local authorities.
We declare orders accurately in line with shipping and customs regulations.
10. Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays can happen.

13. Failed Delivery or Returned Orders
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to accept the parcel or failure to collect the parcel, we will contact you to arrange the next step.
Additional shipping costs may apply if the order needs to be resent.
Refunds for returned orders may exclude any shipping, handling or carrier costs already incurred.
