We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide.

What happens after placing my order?
You will receive an order confirmation to your provided email address. Please check your junk mail if you have trouble finding it in your inbox.

All orders are dispatched from our fulfillment partners within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch.

What happens if I entered the wrong address?
If you notice any mistake in the address you submitted, please email us immediately with the subject “URGENT” so we can try to update it before your order ships.

If an order has already been shipped, we may not be able to make changes. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can arrange reshipment (free shipping does not cover reshipments in these cases).

How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Tracking can take 2–4 days to update, so please allow some time.

You can also track your order anytime on our Track your order page using your tracking ID or order number.

When will I receive my order?
Here are our current average delivery estimates:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local carrier delays, weather, or peak periods.

Where will my package ship from?
Outfit First partners with trusted fulfillment providers to ensure safe and affordable delivery worldwide. Orders may ship from one of our fulfillment locations depending on stock availability and your delivery destination.

Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, delayed, or stolen orders
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find your package, please check with household members, your building reception, and the courier first. If it is still missing, email us and we will help you open an investigation with the carrier.

We do not automatically replace orders marked as delivered by the courier. However, we will support you with the courier investigation and review each case fairly.
